This is a 4 layer custom made Turnout Gear Outer Shell is made from Milliken Corporations NFPA 2112 and NFPA 1975 certified 'CXP' fabric. CXP is an inherent FR fabric made of 100% Nomex IIIA from Dupont. CXP provides superior softness, better air permeability, higher moisture transport, improved soil release and better light fastness.
- 'Moisture Barrier' to keep rain, wind and moisture out. This sheild also allows perspiration to escape and since it is combined with a thermal sheild, reduces possibility of heat stress
- 'Fire Break' sheild is a light weight and stretchable fabric which provides increased comfort and durability
- Base layer is made from Milliken's NFPA 70 E and NFPA 2112 certified 'Amplitude'
